Our first time orders are credit card, certified check, or money order until credit has been established. If you have a top rating in the Jewelers Board of Trade: Red Book an account may be set up immediately for convenient ordering.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Due to the additional cost for credit card sales and low margin on precious metals sales, we ask you to share the cost by adding a 1.5% handling charge for all orders over $1,000.00.
We accept personal business checks, cashiers check, money orders or wire transfers. You may call our sales department for the estimated cost of an order. Refer to the estimated weights of the products to calculate the price of your order and include postage. Note, that our orders are priced on the date of shipment and may vary from the original estimate. We will credit or refund any overpayment or bill you for any underpayment.
If you have previously ordered you may pay by COD. Federal Express and US Mail ($1000.00 limit) offer COD services. We do not recommend postal CODs for shipments.
Net 30-day terms are available for customers with approved credit. A 1.5% finance charge will be assessed each month after the initial net 30 if the balance is not paid in full. A 2.5% handling charge will be added to all open balances paid by credit card. A top rating in the Jewelers Board of Trade and/or Trade Credit References is considered in granting an open account. If you have trade credit with other suppliers, request a credit application and we will review it as quickly as possible. If you are just starting out, we may consider extending a limited line of credit to customers who buy regularly for over a year.
